Latino Coach Approach

Igniting a movement towards 1 million disciplemakers

Our goal is to coach and empower the motivated individual that has identified opportunities in their communities to reach Latinos for Christ.

What does this look like?

  • The coaching will focus on identifying and understanding opportunities, best approaches and creating a ministry plan.

  • The "Latino Coach Approach" will be offered in four quarterly sessions over the next year starting in September 2021 through August 2022.

  • There will be six group sessions and then four one-to-one coaching sessions.

Navigators Ministry:

  • 1981-84: Navigators Military

  • 1985-87: Navigators International Training (Venezuela)

  • 1988-2002: Navigators Hispanic Ministry volunteer

  • 2003-present:

    • Served in several Nav missions

    • Currently serving Navigator Church Ministries with full-time focus on Hispanic/Latino ministry during the past 18 years in the Navigators.

Coaching Qualifications:

  • NCM Life and Leadership Certified since 2016

  • PCCI CPCL Training Certificate 104 hours

  • NCM GiDC Process Certified since 2016

  • International Coach Federation Member 2021 (credential pending)
